GOAL
We developed a website portal to help replace dozens of inconsistent, outdated stock lists produced by sales managers across 72 Sysco regions. The goal was a unified system that generated accurate, branded, ready-to-download materials from current inventory data.
DESCRIPTION
The platform builds regional catalogs in minutes using live inventory numbers and includes a brochure builder that lets reps create customized PDFs from the product database. This gives sales teams fast, on-demand leave-behinds that support quicker, more informed selling.
RESULTS
Reps can now produce inventory-accurate catalogs and brochures instantly, reducing print and labor needs across all regions. The system has streamlined workflows, improved accuracy, and saved the company significantly in print costs.
